2010 COTTAGE RENTAL RATE SHEET

Here at Neptune's Hideaway we feature four very modern and private cottages for rental
purpose. All of our cottages have two double bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen,
three piece bathroom and a deck complete with outdoor table, umbrella and barbeque.

Pets: Pets are welcome, but are limited to one pet only per cottage rental. Due to the extra
cleaning required, there will be a pet charge of $20.00 per day.

Car Limit: A limit of two cars per night/per cottage rental will apply.

Check In Time: 3:00 p.m.
Check Out Time: 10:30 a.m. Late departure fees will apply.

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of full rental fee must be paid at time of booking.

Cancellation Fee: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to booking period. A cancellation
fee of 20% of full rental charge will apply on late notice of cancellation. Twenty-four hour
notice, loss of full deposit.
