2012 COTTAGE RENTAL RATE SHEET We are a small summer boutique cottage rental business providing a quiet ambiance for a certain cliental that requires peace and harmony with nature. All of our cottages have two bedrooms, living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three piece bathroom, a deck complete with outdoor table, umbrella and barbeque, plus outdoor fire-pit. In a bush and shoreline setting looking out at Lake Huron, our guests appreciate their peaceful and tranquil surroundings. PETS: Pets are welcome, but are limited to one pet only per cottage rental. Due to the extra cleaning required, there will be a pet charge of $20.00 per day. SMOKING: No smoking is allowed in our cottages. Offenders will be charged $100.00 per rental for smoking detection during the rental. CAR LIMIT: A limit of two cars per night/per cottage rental will apply. DEPOSIT: A deposit is taken at the time of booking. Pay the balance of rental fee at the time of check in. CANCELLATION FEE: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to booking period. Cancellation fee of 20% of full rental charge will apply on late notice of cancellation. Twenty four hour notice, a loss of full deposit will be charged. Cottage rentals are for registered guests ONLY as per the original booking. Cottage rental rates are as follows:(Note: Rates subject to change without notice.) |

The person(s) registered is responsible for all damages caused to the cottage, furnishings, and fixtures. If the cottage is left in an unclean condition or there are any broken or missing items,related costs will be charged to your account. |
